Ladies join me for a super fun and encouraging skills session on learning how to jump and to ride corners and berms with confidence at Cascades MTB Park | Pietermaritzburg | KZN!!! >>>Sunday 13 December 8:00am – 11:00am
 
Our Skills Clinics are taught by BICP Certified Skills Instructor Victoria Rose & *INTERNATIONALLY ACCREDITED* by the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) with the shared vision of changing lives through Mountain Biking.
 
DAY 2: Jumps Turns & Berms – Ground session in skills park and trail ride
LOCATION: Cascades MTB Park
TIME: 8:00am to 11:00am
COST: R550pp per day
 
This skills session is for intermediate riders who are confident with the fundamentals of mountain biking ! All the skills and features will be progressional which will give everyone the opportunity to learn and challenge themselves. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills out on the trails and take your riding to the next level!
 
SKILLS LEARNED:
• Quick recap of Fundamentals (Body Positioning & Loading your bike)
• Intro to Jumping: getting your wheels in the air
• Getting smoother and faster through flt corners  
• Shredding berms
• Tight corners & switchbacks
