Ladies join me for a super fun and encouraging skills session on how to ride DROPS & ROCKS with confidence at Grootfontein Bikepark!!!
This skills session is for intermediate riders who are confident with the fundamentals of mountain biking! All the skills and features will be progression based which will give everyone the opportunity to learn and challenge themselves. We start on small features, working on form and technique before progressing to bigger features, with no pressure to do them but with lots of support and encouragement from all the other ladies!
SKILLS LEARNED:
• Quick recap of Fundamentals (Body Positioning & Loading your bike)
• Rolling down drops offs
• Riding bigger drops that require airtime
• Getting smooth through rock gardens and technical rocky descents
