LADIES! THIS SKILLS RIDE IS GOING TO BE SOOOO MUCH FUN… you have to join if you can!!! Come and join a women’s only space and learn how to pump, jump and find your flow! This skills ride is all about having fun together and meeting like-minded women 😊
If jumping is not your thing (I know it can be super scary and intimidating) please still come and just flow with us! (everything is roll-able and you don’t have to get your wheels in the air) You can always come back again for the jumps 😉
WHAT TO EXPECT
🔹We will start off on the pump track and learn how to pump our bikes to generate speed and find flow. The goal of a pump track is to make one full circle without pedaling 😉 Pumping helps us to get a feel for jumps and feeling one with our bikes.
🔹We will then move onto learning how to jump and get your wheels in the air. We start small and progress and you go at your own pace. We will also practice basic wheel lifts on flat ground.
🔹We will then move onto the Flow Trail and apply what we’ve learnt and have some fun. We will ride the flow trail a few times. One loop is about 1km. Its loads of fun and I promise you’ll enjoy it and won’t want to stop.
WHO SHOULD JOIN
🔹 If you’ve joined me on a skills clinic before then you have to come join 😉
🔹 If you have not joined me on a skills clinic before but you’ve been riding for 2 years and you are familiar with standing up on the pedals (heavy feet light hands)
🔹 You want to learn how to jump or just flow and have some fun
